Episode 64 - Tapering
Mike Neumann and Dr. Tim Jurgensen discuss the concept of “tapering”, comparing it to the physiological state of athletes and how Tim is biding his time during reovations at his home. Tim shares his routine of 1200 sit-ups and an hour of stationary biking, which he has had to temporarily pause. They also touch on the economic impact of inflation and interest rates, as they do. Tim reflects on self-awareness, and his wife’s “Tim-proofing” their home. They conclude with a humorous anecdote about Tim’s grocery shopping routine.
